What is the turn-around time on user requests for PocketMac support at:

24 hrs, 48 hrs, 72 hrs???

I sent one in about two weeks and never heard a peep back. issue is still open.

I just notice that 3 of my 6 support requests were answered today. I posted the requests within the last 3 days.

It ranges from 10 minutes to 1.5 days. I think they fall behind sometimes. If you haven't heard a response in a couple of days, I would email them again.
