I saw comments like they are short staffed? Three weeks to answer an email for a customer who has already spent their money with them, if I did business like that I would be out of business!

I am going on 4 or 5 weeks now, and not one response. This company is a joke. I cannot believe that they are still selling items with service like this. It really is a shock to me.
