Default Terrible Customer Service - 12-31-2007, 09:46 AM

Well I am new to BB and the 8830, and was so excited to see free games provided by Magmic through the BB Owners Lounge and here on the boards. Problem is, this company has no customer service at all!!!

Here is the scenario. I download the game Suduko from handmark, which is to have many levels, daily puzzles, 200 standing puzzles yada yada yada...I get the game on my phone, and it has easy only. I have to pay to get the rest. SOOOO I send handmark a note, they say just to send Magmic customer service a note and they will send it to you.

WELL 4 tries later, I have yet to hear back from this company. NOT ONE RESPONSE. I see they post new games on here, and try to get you to use them, but I have both the Suduko, and Texas Holdem and they are both locked out after the OVERLY GENEROUS 3 day trial period. I cannot use them, and cannot get any response from this company.

So, you may ask, what is it I would like from this post? Well two things, one to inform you all of the service I have not recieved, and two, if maybe this comany checks here and not their inbox, I can get some resolution. My hopes are not high for one of those two items.

I had the exact same experience with them with the same game. Took them over 3 weeks to get back to me. I will think twice about buying a game from them anytime soon!

Their customer service is shocking in my opinion, see the following thread for my ongoing issue.

I saw comments like they are short staffed? Three weeks to answer an email for a customer who has already spent their money with them, if I did business like that I would be out of business!

I am going on 4 or 5 weeks now, and not one response. This company is a joke. I cannot believe that they are still selling items with service like this. It really is a shock to me.

Default Issue resolved - 01-24-2008, 01:14 PM

Well someone from bPlay finally contacted me and although there is no excuse for the long time to respond, the did resolve my issue.

My thumbs hurt, but I'll get over it!!
