Ok, I am the first person to let you know your service is crappy, but I also like to let people know when serive is great. And the folks at Magmic have turned the ship around.
I got a private message from the support people and in a day I had the problem resolved. I just had to change devices, which was a real treat, but within 10 minutes they had the new codes to me.
Despite the very long wait time, they did turn around and fix the problem, whatever it was.
