Default Blackberry 8830 Theme D/l question - 12-16-2007, 03:50 PM

Hi I have a Blackberry 8830 I was trying to d/l a new theme and it said to remove the battery so it can reset. If I remove the battery the device won't work so that doesn't make sense. What am i doing wrong?

gabsternj, welcome to the Forums.

You are very observent! Now, replace the battery into the BB, and allow it to reboot back to the homescreen. Go to Options > Themes to change themes.

Good luck.

Correct. One doesn't leave the battery removed.

We all have our moments ...LOL ...you may want to look for the thread on Soft Reset (if there is one for your BB).
