I don't know what converter that is.

Go to videos4blackberry, and download one, see that you can play a video.

I'm having the same issue with my 8130 from Sprint. After converting a video and uploading it to the media card, when trying to play the video i get an error that says "Unable to play content."

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

More Details: I'm using the Blackberry Video program developed by Seabyrd

I've had the same issue in the past.

Have you tried just using the converter that is built into the Roxio Media Manager that ships w/ DM 4.3? IF that works for you, that is the simplest method...
