Default BB doesn't connect with computers....

Please Login to Remove!

My husband has an 8100.

When we plug it into any computer the computer does not recognize it at all. My 8100 works fine, but his doesn't pop up on the desktop manager or the removable disk drive.

I want to put some apps and unlock themes, but I can't at all!

Is there something wrong with his phone? Is there a setting I need to change?

Wirelessly posted (8800: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8310/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

1-on the media card, make sure mass storage is enabled at Options > Media Card.

2- Pull the battery on the BlackBerry while powered ON and replace to reboot. Close Desktop Manager and reboot your PC as well. Try connecting again.

Good luck.
