I cannot get a single video (even existing Mpeg4's) on my device for the life of me. I try and drag a file into the provided Roxio software, then to my card (while synced of course), but it will not convert or play. I am absolutely terrible with this area of the software. PLEASE help, should anyone have a cure for my stupidity. Thanks!

No cure for stupidity as I have the exact same problem! You're not alone

look for software called "Mediacell Blackberry Video Converter", i had problems once upon a time (converting, etc.), I now use this to convert and then send to my media card. works like a charm and customizable (size, quality, etc)
