Dear experts,

I am using bb8300 curve for the first time.
I ahve downloaded and installed desktop manger 4.2 sp2 , but i can not transfer my file to/from my memory/microsd card.

I can not even brows it through windows browser??

Make sure the you enable usb support. Look in your blackberry under options and there is a setting to "enable usb mass storage mode".


FYI - you don't need Blackberry desktop manager or anything else running; it will show up just a jump drive would.

I am unable to find any option against USB support.
In media I have activated Mass storage support on
