I downloaded it from mobile.blackberry.com.

I have about3 or 4 events on my calander. None show on the homescreen. However, the messages thing works. I haven't tested out the call log thing yet..

Anyopne got any suggestions on how to have the calander thing work??

Try doing a battery pull.

Today plus does not display all day events, so you are going to have to change all day events to a specific time during the day, say 12:01am for zero minutes. That should work for you.

I have them as times. 9 to 950 10 to 1050 and 11 to 1150 for my school classes. They don't work tho. =(

Even with the stock today theme it doesn't work sometimes. Then put of no where it will work.

So basically, its kind of just hit or miss with the theme?? Itl work when it wants to, and some times, it won't feel like working?

So I was playing around with it... I found a solution.

Basically, edit anything... Add a note or something, then save, then delete the origional.

Then, remove the note and it will appear on the home screen. I understand it may be a pain in the ass for some, but it worked well for me, but all my events are reoccuring (school and work schedule) so it was easy. =)

PROBLEM SOLVED. =)

I've had the same problem and I've used the same workaround as you have. It has something to do with the recognized default CICAL service book.

Check your default services in options - advanced options. I can't remember if there is a setting for CICAL in 4.2.

I just restored my service books and did a HRT refresh. No differences yet. I only have CMIME in my default messaging btw

I had this happen to me once when I was using the Today theme. A BBF forum member suggested to me that I resolve the issue by opening up the desktop manager, go to backup/restore and select the advanced option tab. Locate the calendar on the right hand side of the screen and delete the entire thing. Once that was done perform a fresh sync. When I tried that the calendar entries reappeared on the Today theme I was using.

What gives...I went to mobile.blackberry.com and there are no themes for my 8800. How long does it take to make a theme...and for a phone that has been available for a while. I just dont understand RIM at times
