As the title states I am looking for a simple icon theme that shows 4 rows by 4 columns. Any suggestions?

I can confirm this. It's not possible. You can only change the icons.

OPS. I mean an icon theme that is 4 rows by 5 columns similar to the T-Mobile 8100 ZEN but an icon theme.
