Default ff/rw *button* when playing mp3s?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any way to fast forward and rewind within a song (ie seek) by pressing and holding a button, like on ipods?

If the RIM media player can't do this, is there an alternative media player I can buy (pay for) that will do this? It's a really important feature for me. Using the trackball is impossible while running.

Default

Wirelessly posted (8330 Sprint)

Scroll up to the play bar and click the trackwheel. This will give you the ability to manually slide forward or back.

Default scrollwheel is no good

Yes, as I mentioned, while jogging it is nearly impossible to control the scroll wheel accurately. I need something that lets me do this using only the keyboard.
