Default Music to media card not showing

Okay I have finally decided to get around an take advantage of the ability to put music onto BB media card

I have followed both methods within the FAQ.

Media card shows space being used but not showing the music.

made sure it was a compatible format

any thoughts?

Help

and ya I could search I am sure it has been asked but I am to frustrated right now
