Be careful using the NASCAR logos. They are very active in protecting their trademarks. I hope you were given permission to use them.

Like everyone gets permission to use NFL/NHL/NCAA..you name a theme out there now with any corporate logo on it...I'll bet you that the author of the theme does not have permission to use the logo...
