why is it i cannot open an attachment in an e-mail body that is video related. i have a BB 8830 world series phone i did post this on another site but havent heard anything. any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

The why is, that format video "wav" format files are not supported by your BB.

wav files are audio attachments? those are supported by the email in BIS 2.4 and BES 4.1 and above. Video files require a BIS upgrade to 2.5 or a BES 4.1.5 upgrade and i believe device software 4.3.
