I have a 8130 and the BB icon does not show up on the main screen.

Right, You can not change the icons on the home screen like you can with a regular zen.
If your using any beta OS or anything higher then OS 4.3, these themes will not work properly.

Nope using the VZW Software 4.3. That's the only problem I can see.
