hi i was wondering how do people make signal meters. Im looking for a very specific 1 and cant find it any where so im ready to make my own i just dont no what u need in order to do it or like how many files there are because a signal meter has different stages. any advice would be great.

Just one png file. I usually use one from the samples in Plazmic Theme Builder as a template and go from there.

I use Photoshop to create the PNG images, but you can use any photo editing software that can create pngs with transparency.
