Hello all. I've searched and cannot find an answer to this. How do you put Album Art on the actual track using Roxio Media Manager? I put it on it through a file on my computer under the edit audio tags selection and then I choose the album art for that album then once I'm out it doesn't appear on my tracks thumbnail. I really cannot figure this out and its frustrating! Thank you all for your time.

Oh and is there another media manager out there that is better than Roxio's and works with Blackberries? Thanx

I would like to see an alternative to Roxio too, its way to laggy and slow

I just use drag/drop under Wins Explorer to move mp3/video to my SD card. Having allowed Mass Media, it shows up as another drive on My Computer.

I've used any number of programs to put album art INSIDE the actual mp3 files - Media Monkey is one program - freeware version available.

I upgraded the desktop manager recently and I was not to pleased to find he Rpxio media manager. It really sucks. I was much better off with the simpler app. I will switch to mass storage but there is a warning when your bb asks if you want to do this, saying that some files will then NOT be available. Do you know what it means in practice?

That just means while your BB is connected to your PC you can't access the files on the SD Card with your phone. For example, right now I have my BB connected to my laptop, using the BB as a modem. I answered "no" to the question, because I also wanted to have my BB play music, so it needed access to the SD Card.

When I answer "yes", I can drag more files to the card, but I can't listen to music on my BB while it's connected.

Wanda, thanks a lot. It's no big deal then. I suppose it is easy to revert to non mass storage (with bb, it is never obvious where an option may reside in the settings: well, to me, anyway).

I have never used the bb as a modem either. I should try that.
