Is there some way I can get my wallpaper to appear when my handset is locked as well as on the home screen? Thanks

locked as in asleep? No, that would defeat the purpose of the battery saving mode that lock or asleep placed the device.

Locked as in clicking on the icon that looks like a padlock, for security measures. I really like my home screen wallpaper but when locked, I just have a plain black screen. Can it be done?

If you are using a custom theme where it has been changed, there is nothing you can do.

I grabbed a theme provided by a kind member here and am using that, so if I understand correctly, there isn't anything I can do to replace the unexciting black screen?
