Apple - iPhone
that is the best one
many of the iphone themes cause your device to be very slow in responding. past that im not sure anyone has declared a "best"

yes best is so subjective. Like take me for instance I dont use anything but the l theme from RIM I just dont like any other themes. I may use a theme a few days but I always revert back to a OEM one with a custom picture.

I thought this one was the best looking iPhone theme. Unfortunately the creator pulled the theme and it had a few bugs that needed fixed.

bPhone is a pretty nice one. The thread is somewhere in this forum, I'll try to dig it up, but if not, just search for it.
