hello,

would it be possible to make a theme with NO home screen icons but only wallpaper and top info banner?

for many bb pro users like myself, we use short keys and would prefer full screen view of wallpaper.

if i need an app with no short key, the menu key would still take you to full icon screen.


i think many power users would love a theme like this.

Sorry to say but it is not possible. I have tried. When I export it, I get a svc homescreen error. The only way I know how to is to replace the icons with 'blank' icons but the problem with that is on the icon (application) screen, those icons you replaced with blank icons on the homescreen will also be blank on the icon screen. Hope I explained it clearly...
If I am wrong (I am sure someone here will tell me I am...lol), please share with us how to do it...

This is a cool idea. I might customize this, I like seeing my wallpapers fill up the screen. Good idea to the OP.

That's actually a nice idea. I also like a clean home screen. Hated icons all over my family's faces.

how about a theme that uses logos for icons

i had corey visto make a custom theme that used firfox logo for the browser
