I used ringjone to make a MP3 ringtone. I added it to my ringtone folder. When I went to play it on my phone, it says unsupported format (its Mp3 like all my other ringtones and is only 8 seconds instead of 29 seconds. What am I doing wrong? Please help me, thanks!

When you had it in Roxio so you could move it from your computer to the BB, did you have it converted to be playable on the BB? When you first move a file it will ask if you would like to convert this file. Even though all my files are mp3s, I still have Roxio convert it just to be safe.

Other than that I don't know what you could be doing wrong. I have ringtones ranging from 20 seconds to 59 seconds long, and they are all mp3s and play just fine.
