I made the switch from a Pearl to a Curve and could't live with any theme I found, so I made a new one and created a few extra custom icons beyond the ones I used from KDE_Crystal_Diamond.

I couldn't find these posted anywhere.

If someone else already posted these somewhere, I didn't get them from there!
