Hi,

I downloaded the Media Sync software today hoping to sync my iTunes playlist.
However, when I try to connect media sync to my 8830 it just continues to ask for the password.

I'm running windows xp with desktop manager installed (which connects without any problems)

anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried pulling the battery on the device and doing a complete reboot? Also, close DM first, then launch mediaSync

I think I've tried all the combinations, reboot, open dm, close dm, open media sync - open mediasynch open dm, try password, etc.

Nothing seems to work. I tried it on another computer in my house and the same thing is happening - so it must be something with the device. hmm, maybe a buried setting in the options or something?

Media Sync is not working for me. I have seen many posts on the absence of that part of the new Desktop Manager program 4.6.

Media Sync in not only not working for me but is not installing on my PC.. (Vista x32). Not sure what to do next.
