Exclamation comp-phone connection - 06-28-2008, 12:40 AM

I have the cd, wire, and of course, the phone, yet I cannot seem to connect my phone to my comp in order to transfer media... I CAN however charge my phone on the comp... ? Weird... Anyway I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
I started to install the cd, and when the window pops up, I click on the download link but NOTHING happens (How frustrating) I do not have internet on my comp, is that my problem or is there something else...

if you're not connected to the internet, how do you expect to download anything?

try installing from the CDROM instead of downloading from thin air. also consult the manual if necessary. it's really quite simple and well laid out compared to the handset user guide... which is like a dictionary.

You didn't have to answer like that and I'm not downloading I'm simply trying to put music on my phone through my comp... I'm trying to upload the program to my comp...

Did you get the Roxio Media Manager? If you did, it will show up on your menu; if you didn't, you can add that from the BB support site.

But given a missing mention in your list of pieces, I have to ask:

Did you put a Micro SD card in the phone?
