now it shows 12mb but I can change it to 15mb....what exactly is that or does that do?
I was trying to put my ringtones and wallpaper onto my sd card but I dont know how or if its already there....then how do I remove it from my bb memory?

Go to your Media icon, Menu, Explore. Look under device memory and move any media or ringtones over to the media card. Highlight the item, menu, move and navigate to waer you wish to move it.

The 12 or 15 MB choices limit your on-device memory reserved for media such as pictures, etc., to the 12 or 15 MB.
