Had to do a wipe with BB tech support.

Lost my ring-tones.

I have in MP3 format. How do I get over to the BB? Emailed them and they will not open.

I suggest putting them on a media card.

However, you can use Roxio Media Manager to move them to device memory. (if they're very big, I don't recommend this as they take up too much space and cause memory issues.)

Hook up your BB to the DM and run the app loader and make sure you have the BB attachment service checked off...

Nah man ..... turn on mass storage mode, hook up to your puter and access your media card like a hard drive ........... drag and drop your tunes in the music folder with the blackberry folder. Done ...... easy!

Media card is the best bet. You're limited in file size to 2.86 Mb on device memory.
