Default Youtube mobile question - 07-15-2008, 01:38 AM

Does anyone know why youtube mobile is not working on my blackberry pearl? About 3 months ago I first saw on youtubes site that they were going to make it available for blackberrys but I have yet to get it to work and can't find any info on the site anymore, help...

And yes I have gone to both m.youtube.com and YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. on buth my opera mini and blackberry browser

It would have to be from the blackberry browser and the emulation would have to be set at BlackBerry under options > Browser Configuration.

Okay so I had it working for one video, my options have my default browser as Telus wap browser and my emulation is set @ blackberry....what gives? It now gives me an error message that says there was an error playing the media

Some videos do not work, but I would definately use the BlackBerry Browser, not the Telus WAP browser.

In the blackberry browser I unly have 2 browser options internet browser and Telus wap browser, but the video I got to work once, won't work now

Did some searching on this, as I am on Telus too with the Pearl. Found a post on another site and the person said they talked to Telus and supposedly, on the current OS we're not able to watch streaming video yet but it's being supposedly worked on for an upcoming version.

(BTW, the post i am referencing was made only 10 days ago so it is pretty recent)
