Hey guys,

What is it in the new OS that allows youtube support? I suppose what I'm wondering is if it supports youtube is there "out-of-the-box" functionality for other streams or is this a one-of-a-kind protocol?

It uses an MPEG4 codec (3GP format) via an RTSP stream. If you can find other sites that use this protocol, they should work as well.

The changes in the Media Player allow the BB to decode this now, thus allowing streaving video.
