Is there a way to change the message icon or the email icons? I remember seeing a theme that had different email icons from the regular message icons. Is that something that is in the new version that people have?

I wish they would release the new one out so we can make some better themes with the builder

Yes, most if not all of the icons can be changed with the current Theme Builder.
