hey, when i receive a MMS text message on my curve 8310 i see that there is a picture attached but my phone says "Could not retrieve message content. Try again later" but i do try again later and nothing happens

I'm sure some people can answer this better, but this is what I was explained by the BB support:
They said the BB takes the MMS from whoever sends it (whichever phone format and provider) and it re-formats it for the BB, sometimes causing it to not go through (I believe some carriers don't even get any MMS if I'm not mistaken). SUPPOSEDLY, if you send from a BB to a BB it works fine, although I don't MMS a lot so I haven't tested it much, if someone has a BB usually I e-mail or send through BB Messenger.

Im having the same problem but a few of my mms's are from other Blackerry users.

ya i have that same problem and if you take the battery out of you BB while your phone is still on that should fix the problem.
