I would like to get a ringtone when I receive messages via my blackberry.net email account. It comes through silent right now. I'm not sure where to look to get a specific ringtone for those messages. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

create a new profile... create a new exception... pretty straight forward from there, homeslice.

Just edit your current profile > scroll down to advanced > edit the current or active profile and find "messages" with that email address and set the ringtone there.

there is no need for a new profile or new exception.
