Make sure you are exporting to the right OS (4.2, 4.3, 4.5) if you have 4.5 then it will be fine...but if you have 4.2 or 4.3 and try to load a 4.5 it won't load

No compatible device error means you need to load the the BB os on your PC.

if your BB is running 4.3 for Verizon than you need to download the same version from the verizon site and install it on your PC.

I'm having the app loader problem too. I am trying to load a theme I created in Plazmic via DM.

I have the most current version of DM installed (4.6.0.12)
I have 4.2.2.196 OS for Sprint installed on my PC
I have deleted vendor.xml
I have read the faq
I am still getting the error.

Any ideas?

On the plazmic site it says that Plazmic version 4.5 will work with other all other OS versions. But when I try to export the file from Plazmic, my only option is 4.5. Is that maybe my problem??

Yes you don't have 4.5, you have 4.2....you have to either "modify" the theme builder to export to 4.2 or upgrade to 4.5.....just search and you will find out how

Is there a way to import a theme into plazmic and tweak it to my liking?

No, not unless you are the author of the original theme.

So where does anyone find all of the really cool icons that are built into a lot of the new themes?

Some of the more gifted people make their own, there are a lot of them in the Plazmic program itself you just have to browse through them all.
"C:\Program Files\Plazmic CDK 4.6\samples\Themes" this is where you will find some sample themes as well as more icons you can use.
I have found a few on the internet by google and have used a few in some that I am playing around with.
Good luck
