..or better yet, a North American .!

I've been trying to utilize a pic of the world taken at night...albeit over some years to get a clear global view of every city lit up (no clouds) ...only issue I come up against is proper sizing..either it is not wide enough or tall enough and leaves white strips on either side. Must be the aspect ration I am not getting I think...which is.?? 320X 240 maybe?

Now just need to figure out how Paint Shop Pro can do that...

Just figured out how to do the aspect ratio. Anyone using Paint shop and is new to it like me...Use the crop button and drag your pointer around. At the bottom of the screen it will show the ratio which in this case 1.332512 : 1 or 320 : 240.
