Default How can I remove the default startup image?

Please Login to Remove!

I've searched for this, and haven't found anything, so I apologize if it's already been answered. I'm using an unlocked (at&t) blackberry pearl 8100 on T-Mobile. Is it possible for me to change the startup at&t image?
