Finally!!! It's here!!! As far as i know this is the first car theme with no car pics in it!!! And I'm proud on that!!! I really love Ferrari as a team and hate themes that shows only cars but doesn't show the spirit and adrenalin of Ferrari company!

This is absolutely must have for those of you in love with Ferrari and those who can feel the whole Ferrari team spirit!!!

Theme is for now available for Bold 9000 BlackBerry but as i own Curve too all of you in love with this one you'll be able to grab yours for 83xx, 88xx, 81xx and 82xx too!!! Just give me few days!!! I'll let u know!!!

Now... about theme and functions in it. U can chose from 3 different options of this theme:

- Hedone Design Car Elegance
- Hedone Design Car Sport

What they all share?

Animated "Cavalli"
(Horse) that glows every few seconds. I didn't want this theme to be all about animation, but this glowing horse it's absolutely the right thing!!!

All 3 options of Car theme have same icons.
Icons in Car theme are allmost identical to those you can find in original Bold theme. But they are till last one made by Hedone Design!!! Original icons on Bold are nicely done and looks great. So why should we build some icons that doesn't do what they should?!?! SO we've made our Car icons similar to original and that will only gave you already know feeling.

Fonts are elegant and readable!!!
Fonts in Car Theme are old school fonts that really gave this theme some special feeling. Beside those Classic fonts in this theme you'll find Milk fonts too if you use "Business" Car theme. BBs Milk font is really readable and perfect for a lot of events that you'll have on TodayScreen.

Colors are all Dark Red!
Years ago i've got that crazy good Marlboro calendar and Ferrari F1 looked beautiful on black background and with just a bit light on a side. That red color really looked awsome!


Let's see what those 3 options are! They are prepared to satisfy all your needs and wishes. The Business one is optimal choice for those of you that have a lot to do and your schedule is always one day ahead of you. "Sport" option is sharper than other 2 and gave u more speed feeling that u absolutely must have with the Ferrari!!! And "Elegance" is a bit of both, Business and Sport.

yes...The Ferrari logo is part of the theme and you need the Copyright/Trademark holder's permission to "use" it. No matter if it was free or for sale.

I've seen enough Cease and Decist orders from Copyright/Trademark owners over the past several months that would make your head spin.

LaCoste was the latest one to chime in. They take this stuff seriously...just because you can download an image from google images or some other plac eon the net, does not give anyone the right to reproduce it...free or premium.

Yes he's right. You have to be careful cause it will bite you in the butt. About 89% of the themes are guilty of this. But nice theme none the less!

Just change the wallpaper/name of the theme and you still have yourself a great looking theme!

Hm... nice thinking... but i'm not selling their logo in this theme... their logo is only part of background image and as u all know... u can change background in BB themes... and also not even one icon is connected to Ferrari or their logo...

This theme, which is offered for sale, incorporates a protected mark which is within the intellectual property portfolio of Ferrari S.p.A.

The act of offering a copy of that intellectual property for sale violates copyright laws and treaties.

The cease and desist letter you'll get from Ferrari's counsel might make it more clear, and will probably sound much meaner.

It's simple. The theme has a Ferrari image within it. That's copyright violation. It doesn't matter if it's part of the background or anything else.

Ok guys... some minor changes was done on this one and its allready on, so u can chek it out! Also changes has been aplied to 81xx, 83xx and 88xx version!

I guess some people just don't get it. Is it because he is foreign and just does not care about copyright or trademark?

Shouldn't posts like this be in some sort of violation of the terms of service? What makes this any different from posting stolen software or beta software? Its a stolen logo.

I really don't know what is bothering u... i went to ur site and man... i have background that can be changed in my themes... on the other hand u have icons stolen from all operating systems there are (from apple to ubuntu...) and ur the one who can preach about copyrights? come on...

this theme is made from the scratch! icons are made by me, background is made by me... everithing u see is made by me... what about ur themes?!?!?!

It took me a week to make icons for this theme coz i didnt wanna use some allready made icons by someone else... and i did that with licenced software! what licenced software do u use?!?!?

my apinion is that this theme is great and i spend a lot of time to build it good as it is...

You have a well designed theme. Its just that you have a Ferrari image. Is that part of the theme or just a wall paper you are using as an example?
