if its possible to overlap icons and symbols the battery level could be a fading flower or a sundown (for example) and could use the full screen

Not completely sure what your asking but there are limits to the size of the meters. And to have things over the homescreen icons, the OS 4.6 is needed for this so the older phones can't do this, Only Bold, Jvelin, Flip, Storm.

Let me see what I can come up with. I have done several battery meters for others. I will let you know.
