Default How do I transfer files from one phone to another?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I just upgraded from the T-Mobile 8700g to the T-Mobile Curve (8320). I was wondering, is there a way to transfer pictures and ringtones from my 8700 to my curve?????

I would recommend using the Switch Device Wizard from Desktop Manager. Once moved over, you should move them to an external media card to preserve space.

So you unzipped the file posted in that link, launched DM, went to Application Loader, browsed for the .alx files that you just unzipped? Did you verify that the boxes are checked?

You may want to try a battery pull just to be safe.

I have to do the same thing but with a twist. For work, I have a G1 now, and want to transfer pics from my 8700g to my G1. Any thoughts on how to do this? Incidentally, the service has now (or will be today sometime) been turned off. Is there anyway of transferring these picture files directly to my computer somehow? Thanks!
