Default Help!! With 4.5 Themes!! - 02-09-2009, 10:46 PM

Okay So I Upgraded From 4.2 To 4.5 And I Got About 3 Themes And None Worked But The 4.2 Themes Worked When I Have Os 4.2 So I Know Im Not Doing Anything Wrong. So I Get It On The Desktop Manager And Its Says Its On My Blackberry So I Go To Themes And Its Not There....what Do I Do?

See if the theme maker has a 4.5 version of the theme....also check the checkboxes in DM, are they unchecked so that it isn't installed on your phone?

okay this first thread was to downgrade this was about themes two different things. sorry if yall got confused. well yes i did a battery pull more than once. and the boxes have to be checked on DM for it to install on my blackberry right? well thats what i did when i had 4.2 and it worked...

Just to be clear... did you get themes made for OS 4.5 or did you try to use the same themes you had on 4.2?

The themes need to match your OS. If you are trying to use themes made for 4.2 on your 4.5 device, it won't work.

Eh...kinda...you can use a 4.2 theme on a 4.5 but you can't use a higher theme on a lower OS...anything lower you can use...sometimes they don't show correctly though when using a lower OS


To the OP...so did you get everything working? or still not working?
