loss of ringtones and slow txt -

folks,
i have a storm, recently my ringtones stopped working except for one I downloaded!, i went to reset to a standard ring tone, but everyone i try won't work it just stays silent!!!, i've tried re booting and checking the setting in the sounds but can';t seem to overcome it, also when txting its so slow, and /i have to wait for it to play catch up!!!, any help appreciated

If you switch profiles, do you have an issue with ringtones?
With the slow texts, do you notice that is only happening with mainly one contact, but the rest are fine?

No the ringtone problems is the same with all profiles, just can only use the one i donwnloaede, all the pre set ones don't work, very strange!! and the slow tx when txting anyone at all!
