Thanks KonTiki.

I like backgrounds that are darker and have to do with nature. Makes for good contrast with the icons.

Is the screen resolution 240 x 160? If so, here you go. Let me know if this works.

Dang. Not sure what's happening, but when I click on it, it's just fine. It's 240x160 (I think). Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question , but didja right click on the image above, or did you left click on it, then right click that image?

A few more for the 8700. The sunset was taken on Cape San Blas on Wednesday night. Nikon 4500 set on fine and highest resolution.

The turf shot is perennial ryegrass cut to fairway height also taken with the Nikon. It contrasts well with icons.

You must have downloaded the thumbnail which happens when you just right click on the initial image on the main page, What you need to do is double click on the initial image so that it opens to the right size on a separate window, once on the separate window then you can go ahead and right click and choose to save it. This time around it should not be the size of a postage stamp.

Default New Jack-On-Black - 12-30-2005, 02:11 PM

I finally got back to this one and fixed to top and bottom banner sections to prevent darkening the display information.

There is one with stripes to match the Cingular theme icon rows and a plain one without. Threw in a BMW Roundel too.

Default Dimension Theme Backgrounds - 12-31-2005, 01:30 PM

Here are 2 cool Carbon Fiber and Stripes backgrounds I created in Photoshop that go perfect with the Dimension theme.

It would be great if someone modified the existing Dimension theme with this type of background to include the keylock screen, etc. I can make those if anyone is interested.

Really makes the icons stand out.

Can someone break down the screen sizes of the different models? I have seen a lot of the 8700 screen sizes but what about the 7100 and others?

Seems like I just answered that, earlier this week. Try searching on "optimal picture size".

Hope this helps.

8700 320 x 240

Hope this helps.

Default Dust Background... - 01-04-2006, 09:59 AM

How about a background that looks like dust on the screen.

Since my 8700c has some dust inside it I was thinking if we had a background with dust all over the screen the rest will just blend in!

That's pretty funny- only because I had just tried that last night but didn't like the results!
