I am looking for a simple modified version of the stock tour theme with two rows of shortcuts. I found one for the Bold, but I cannot find one for the Tour. I really don't want any other changes. I have tried some other themes, but I want to stick with the stock.

ANyone know of one?

If I can find the time I will gladly make one for you. You want the theme to look like the built-in themes but with two rows of icons on the home screen instead of one, right?

Got this from pimpmyberry but it's for the 8330. Do you mean like this? The author might take requests.

Yes - just the 'stock' theme with two rows.
