Default Media card not working

Please Login to Remove!

I purchased a media card some months ago and every time I connected my Blackberry to my computer, a dialogue message would appear asking if I wanted to turn on Mass Storage Mode. I would click "yes," put in my password, and then a window would appear on my laptop that would allow me to explore my Blackberry's music, movie, and other media folders, allowing me to copy songs and other files onto my Blackberry.

These past few days, however, I have been unable to get this feature to work. I type in my password in my device as usual, but no folder appears on my computer that I can explore. When I try to explore the contents of my Blackberry's media card manually through internet explorer on my computer, I get a message when I double-click on my Blackberry's G drive saying, "Please insert a disk into removable disk (G."

Why is my computer no longer recognizing my Blackberry's media card? The files stored on my media card work just fine, as I can still listen to the songs that I have copied on there.

Regards,

JMT
