Default MP3 Problem on 8700 - 12-08-2005, 04:27 PM

I am using AudioGizmo to make MP3 ringtones. If I make ringtones that are 32 kbps or higher and less than 128K with the software, they don't play when uploaded to the device. Maybe a click/clack, but not the music. The file is an MP3, plays with my MP3 desktop players. I have loaded another MP3 on from one of the forums and it works fine.

Any thoughts?

Are you saving them as mono rather than stereo? All I get is a couple of Clicks if I forget and save as stereo.

Hope this helps.
