Question Custom contact settings not working

Please Login to Remove!

I changed the sound settings for one of my contacts: different phone and messages ring tones/alerts. However, every time I get a call/text message, the standard tones kick in. Any ideas ?

Had this problem, resolved by removing the dash ( - ) from the phone number - a number in the phone book should look like this
(123) 4567890

That fixed my problems, should work with you!
