Default Deleting Content from Handset

Please Login to Remove!

I am a new user of both Blackberry and this forum. I have a problem. I had transferred some videos to my handset using the Media Manager. Then I wished to remove them. I have been able to delete the content so that the media card now has that much additional space, but the files can still be seen in the 'videos' section of the handset. How do I get rid of them as they are unnecessarily cluttering up my screen?

Thanks.
