9300 Media card

I purchased a blackberry 9300 a week ago when I try to video i get a message on screen . To record video insert a media card When I purchased the phone their is media card inside. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Ramrod

Try reseating the card.
Make sure Media Card support is enabled in the Options menu under Memory.
Try a different card.

Try formatting the card; Options>Media Card, Menu Key and then format.
