i am wondering if anyone can help me. My mother in law has a verizon bb7520. she has called the "upgrade" phone number and has taken her blackberry into the store and they tell her there is no update to version 4.1 for her phone. Is there an update and if so where can she go or what does she have to do to download it.

I assume you are talking about the BB7250?? If so, I've been told to expect sometime this month. If you do not want to wait for the official vendor release, you can download the sprint version by doing a search.

Thanks for the info. I am sorry I guess she does have the 7250. we got our phones within a day of each other and they look exactly the same but mine is nextel and she is verizon. I will cjeck the verizon website later in the week to see if hte update is out yet
