Assuming you are trying to download these OTA, are you using the Internet or Blackberry Browsers. I don't think the WAP browser recognizes these as acceptable files.

Hope this Helps.

I have always gotten the same error myself and only have an option to use the WAP browser. I have a 7100g with 4.1 OS, and I am not on BES. Does anyone know how to get an option for the other browsers?

Call your carrier's CS and ask for the data support desk and politely explain you don't have the Internet Browser.

Hope this Helps.
