I have cingular 8700c and just upgraded to 4.2 Vodaphone. My today theme used to display a list and now it displays icons and I can't figure out how to "hide" applications like I used to do with 4.1.

Can anyone tell me where an updated Today theme is that lists items and not icons?

I'm new here. I just switched over to BB yesterday and I have a personal theme request if possible from anyone. I think its pretty simple, but I dont know much about any type of programing and also my computer cant handle that BB theme development software.

I'd like a mix between the today theme where your messages, calendar, and call log are on the homescreen.
but also i'd like to have the 5 application icons on the bottom as well like in the zen theme. is there anyway to make something like this. I dont really care about the background picture because i happen to like the road that comes on my curve right now.

What you've described is "Today Plus" which is only available for the pearl at the moment. There is no way to produce such a theme aftermarket (ie outside of RIM).
Also, themes are not currently able to be developed for the curve.

I bought the Vista Theme at eVeek... then from the Transformers web page I downloaded a PC Wallpaper (see attachment). I sent it to my pearl and from thr options clicked the full image option... saved it. From my pics I zoomed the autobot and set as my BB Background. It really looks pretty good w/ the Vista stuff... sorry I'm not advanced enough to show you what it looks like on screen... You can just use the attachment I've included for the autobot!

Hell, I made a corvette theme for some dude and now I can't u/l it cause of some bs 19.5 kb limit. WTF? 19 kb????

That's fine for pps here from the start but I just spent 3.5 hours sifting through here to find 8100 themes. And let's face it, while reading through here, I saw several other pps asking for a division of this thread. I must be wrong thinking this forum is for BB buyers and users. I though that since Rim don't give a freaking manual with this phone, just maybe that was why they had a forum....hum..
