Default Yet Another Noia - 03-05-2006, 01:10 AM

Everybody's probably tired of the Noia stuff by now but I put one together and decided to share it anyway. I used semi transparent icons for the non fosus items. Thanks to Cyclops for the insight and I must say I truly admire those of you who whip these out like crazy, this took me most of the day.

BTW Cyclops, I would really like the image you've used for the top on the last couple you made. It's much better than what I have.

What phone is this icon set from? The phone and calculator icons are different, and I can't seem to find them anywhere. Could you possibly post the icon set?

The phone and calculator are not from any set. They are easy to find the phone looks like a phone and the calculator looks like a calculator.
Smooth2 displays the icons in plain view if i remember right?
Just in case there is something wrong with the original file below is a new file i checked and it seems to work ok.

I just made my first. I was able to remove the "blackberry" insignia somehow. For all the Cub fans...It's a cool theme...basic, but I dig it.

I have this adorable pictuer of my daughter I would love to have on my bb7520 but every theme i try to create you cant really see the pictures. I have 3 3rd part icons and i dont know how to make them invisable or how to create an applications folder that is invisable to put these icons in. Here is the picture if anyone is brave enough to try this or walk me through it.

After taking a quick look at the image the resolution is too small and the image will be distored in the theme. That theme image needs to be 320x240. Your image is 160x213 (give or take). It can be placed in a theme but you may not like how it turns out.
Consider taking another picture with the assumption it is going to be used in the theme and for no other reason. Place their heads in the lower half of the picture and it will help the re-size fix issues later when placing it into a new theme. If you do take another picture think about the background area and it will help also.

my 2cents?

The theme or just the picture? If you want the themse for your 71xx, you're out of luck, it isn;t available. If you want the picture, do an Image search on Google for Connery or James Bond - that's how I found it.

Hey,

If anyone could take this image and create a theme with all the default colors for new messages, battery indicator, ect (the blue color) and use this as the background with completly transparent icons (when not focused on) that would be sweet.

1) 72MH is the theme I'm running for myself right now; fairly simple and clean with translucent homescreen icons.

Sure.

Here's 7287 with BB Clarity font in sizes 8 and 9:

Ddessert Dog may be an awsome theme with my daughters pictures in it. I was just goofing off today and after reading some posts I missed I cam up with this theme. Now the reason for my question about hte applications folder. My thoughts are if I can add an applications folder and make it invisible until it is focused then I can hide my 3rd party applications in there. Anyway...................

I think the 7100 series is the only model with the list theme available. Even with that it only puts the Applications in a seperate folder, there isn't any way to actually organize things. I personally wish the Zen theme was available for the 7100.

Other models have the list themes as well, not just 71xx series.

Try moving the 3rd party apps to the last row of the home page, that way you can keep the picture clear.

Hope this helps.

Default 7130e Theme - 03-08-2006, 01:11 AM

Hello Guys,

Your themes are incredible! Thanks so much for taking the time!! I was wondering if you could do me a fiber optic/communications theme? Like using these images somehow??

Background

Incoming call screen?

Sidemenu/Confirm delete screens?

I would really appreciate it, I have tried but can't come up with anything quality looking!

If at all possible could you make the battery and signal meters different colors?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

If at all possible could you make the battery and signal meters different colors?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Well? Here is two variations of a theme with your images. I'm at work and the stuff i need is at home so the sub-menu icons are not the colors i would like.

2 theme requests

1. Wisconsin Badgers - Either the W or a badger would work
2. Green Bay Packers... The helmet would work... or just the G

Thanks In Advance!

Default Pittsburgh Steelers Theme for 7520 - 03-08-2006, 11:06 AM

Here's a Steelers theme I created for my 7520 and posted for download at http://www.mrgoodbeer.com/blackberry/

I do not have the data plan yet so the OTA download has not been tested. If someone downloads via the OTA link, please let me know if it works, thanks.
